I have been at ease since moving to The life at Grand Oaks. The apartment is nice and grounds keeper are always out picking up trash and also see security up moving around unlike some communities they just sit in their cars. It is also quiet. No issues with roaches.

The renovations and rehabs of this apartment community are very well thus far!! A good place to live with caring and good property management staff
